Part-Time Program Manager Job Description

Main Street is seeking a part-time Program Manager. This individual will be responsible for the management, coordination, documentation, and implementation of the Main Street Pinedale non-profit program

Work Objectives
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the Main Street program, including purchasing, record keeping, budget development, accounting, preparing all reports.
  • Develop and conduct on-going public awareness, advertising and education programs designed to foster an understanding of Main Street Pinedale's goals.
  • Maintain websites for Main Street Pinedale and Green River Rendezvous.
  • Planning and coordinating events: Green River Rendezvous, Winter Carnival, and High Altitude Farmers Market.
  • Manage Social Media pages, Facebook and Instagram. Create social media content on a weekly basis. 
  • Grant writing 
  • Coordinating with other local non-profit.

Main Street Pinedale seeks a highly organized, self-starting, capable part-time Program Manager with incredible attention to detail to the day-to-day operations of a non-profit organization.


The Program Manager must understand the goals for Main Street Pinedale and the  business community, property owners, public agencies, and community organizations it helps serve and collaborates with.


We are seeking an individual who has experience in the following areas: marketing, , public relations, design, planning,  volunteer or nonprofit administration, and small business development.  The Program Manager must be energetic, imaginative, and good communicator, well organized and capable of functioning effectively in a very independent situation. Proficient computer skills with basic Microsoft software and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

This is a part-time position, an average of 20 hours per week but requiring more leading up to and during major events. Flexible working schedule, salary $18.50 per hour, DOE.
