We love collaborating with the community to organize the annual Green River Rendezvous, Pinedale Winter Carnival, High Altitude Farmers Market and other fun events!

Program Manager

The Main Street Pinedale Board of Directors is seeking an energetic part-time Program Manager.

The Program Manager provides administrative support to the Board of Directors, social media strategy and grant writing. We are seeking someone who is creative, attention to detail, and ability to follow through is important.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Maintaining Wix website, Facebook, Instagram + social media channels
Monthly record keeping of meeting agendas and minutes
Monthly organization and attendance of Board Meetings
Budget development, bill paying and tracking for events
Coordinate events in conjunction with local government agencies, other groups and nonprofits
Customer Service phone calls, emails and social media direct messaging platforms
Quarterly grant writing and reporting
Advertising and on-going public awareness program implementation
Proficient in using personal computer and application software, including Google Office Suite (in particular, Gmail, Sheets and Docs), Wix, and Canva.

Requirements

Self-starter
Highly organized
Hands on experience in content creation
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to work within a team and independently
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image)

This work from home position offers a flexible work schedule with an average of 20 hours per week but requiring more leading up to and during major events. Salary depending on experience.
