FACADE GRANT INFORMATION
Main Street Pinedale has raised money through grants, donations, and fundraising for the purpose of assisting property owners in facade improvements. The purpose of the facade grant program is to promote quality facade improvements that preserve Pinedale's historic character and improve the attractiveness of downtown. The grant programs are offered to assist in off‐setting the costs of quality design and incorporating or preserving historic character. Grants are available to property owners in the Town of Pinedale that are zoned commercial. The grant is available for exterior building improvements only. This includes anything on the exterior that is attached or a part of the building; paint, trim, new siding, windows, awnings, signage, roof, foundations.

Facade Grant
The Sign Façade Grant serves to offer money for businesses looking to add attractive, signage (permanent or removable) to the outside of their building. This includes free-standing signs and signs attached to the building.

MAINTAINANCE
Facade Grant
The Maintenance Façade Grant includes minor improvements and maintenance that does not change the overall façade design. This includes painting the exterior of your business the same or very similar color scheme, trim, siding, door, window, and roof replacements with no structural changes.

RENOVATION
Facade Grant
For major work that changes the façade design or building structure, such as a different color scheme, different materials/colors of siding, changing the number or size of windows, doors, or awnings, change in roof line, reconstruction of foundation or roof.
